About

On Motherhood, Meaning, and Becoming

I have spent much of my life searching for the thread that runs beneath things—the meaning hidden inside ordinary moments, the wisdom tucked within change, the person waiting beneath all the noise. For more than fifteen years, that search has led me through books, meditation, yoga, therapy, spiritual traditions, and countless quiet conversations with myself. Writing became the place where all of those paths converged. It is how I make sense of the world and how I return to what matters most.

My work explores motherhood, spirituality, identity, healing, and the beautiful complexity of being human. I am drawn to the moments that often go unnoticed: a child’s hand reaching for yours, a difficult conversation, a season of becoming, the realization that who you were yesterday is not who you are today. I write about the ways life cracks us open and invites us to grow—not through perfection or certainty, but through presence, curiosity, and love.

I am currently working on my first books, Into Your Om and Into Motherhood, companion works that explore self-discovery, transformation, and the sacred nature of everyday life. Through essays, reflections, and personal stories, I hope to create spaces where readers feel seen, encouraged, and a little more at home in themselves. When I’m not writing, you’ll find me in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, raising my son, practicing yoga, reading widely, and paying attention to the wonder woven into ordinary days.
